Important Pet Policies Guidelines
All applicants are required to go through our third party service to review our policies in regards to pet owners, non-pet owners and those with assistance animals. If you do not have a pet there is no charge to complete this part of the screening. If you have assistance animal there is no charge to complete this part of screening but be prepared to upload necessary documentation for the animal. If you have a regular per; it is $20 to register your first pet and $15 for any additional pets. Additionally, it costs $10/year to renew.

Move Out Carpet Cleaning Policies
Once you enter in to lease agreement with Consult Realty on any of the listed properties, at the move-out, you are required to schedule Cleaning Services with PURT (Pet Urine & Odor Removal treatment) treatment with our registered vendor.
A payment receipt with a Report on the day of reverting the rental property possession back will be considered as final proof of cleaning.

Failing to provide proof of cleaning, Consult Realty will carry out PURT treatment at actual cost + $100.00 for administrative charges.
