Rental Application

Before you submit a rental application, please know the following.

1. Your gross, household income should be THREE TIMES to monthly rent.
2. Application Fee of $ 80 PER APPLICANT, is required along with application submission.
3. We need the LAST two months of Pay Stubs to validate your current employment.
4. We need the LAST two YEARS of W2 to validate your continuous employment.
5. We need the last two months of the BANK Statements to validate proof of funds and current employment.
6. We need the current ACTIVE Photo ID for verification.
7. We need a copy of the void check after signing the lease as MONTHLY RENT IS COLLECTED only VIA ACH.

Failure to upload all REQUIRED documents will result in delay or rejection of the rental application.
