Real Estate Investment – Shield for Kids Education PART 1
4 years ago in April 2012, when my first grand kid was born, I was advising my daughter that you should start thinking about her education expenses and start planning for the same, NOW. She listened to me and bought first investment property, dedicated to FUTURE educational expenses of her first daughter. She and her family was lucky enough within a short span of 4 years, they were in a position build substantial equity in the house.
Since then, I have been advising to any couple who are anticipating expenses for college going kids in next couple of years, they should start thinking now for tomorrow.
